Cecil is commonly known by his peers to be warm-hearted, conscientious, and co-operative, want harmony in his environment; work with determination to pursue his dreams, likes to work with others to complete tasks accurately and on time, loyal and follow through even in small matters. He notices what others need in their day-by-day lives and try to provide it and he wants to be appreciated for who he is and what he contributes. This is further strengthened by his multi lingual abilities.
His achievements include being SRC President, former Chiawelo Community Youth Project Specialist, and former Youth Minister of Education in Gauteng, former FNB Vibe Champ Spokesperson, FNB Volunteer Member, First Aid, and former Mr. South Africa Semi-finalist 2010, a ramp model for the SA Fashion Week and recently graduated as Public Relation NQF Level 6 with University of South Africa (Unisa).

This journey of contesting and being chosen as Mr. SA semi-finalist for the second time has helped him to established an intrinsic motivation to pursue this dream even further, since he has been preparing himself for Mr. SA 2011 emotional, physically, spiritually and mentally and this could be seen in his personal investment as he has currently completed a PR management course with Unisa and he has been reading a lot of spiritual material about humility, Internal beauty and self discipline and this has made him realize only a humble spirit brings about true greatness.
His contribution to South African value chain is his passion to be responsible, be accountable, to motivate to teach, implement and influence good behaviour in people’s lives.
